The quality of industrial manufactured parts varies from stable and easy to control to high scatter and difficult to control, AAQuality Assurance has a suitable statistical quality control system to ensure systematic monitoring and control of manufactured parts, maintains process compliance, conformity and control wastage. It works to ISO or GMP – our system provides the statistical data need to document, control optimize productivity.
Our quality assurance and inspection is geared towards the ISO 9000 which is composed of five standards, 9000 to 9004. ISO 9000 is a framework for establishing a quality management system; it is not concerned with setting specific quality standards. If a company has a low, medium or high quality standard, ISO 9000 will ensure that these standards are maintained. Its aims are to encourage frameworks for developing quality systems rather than being concerned with Total Quality Management (TQM). The standard ISO 9001 to ISO 9003 introduces three different validation levels for specific organizational areas. ISO 9001 is the most extensive since it encompasses the areas of developments, design production, installation and customer services. ISO 9002 covers only production and installation, ISO 9003 is limited to products final inspections. ISO 9004 is the fifth in the series, it provides guidelines for internal use by a producer developing its own quality system to meet business needs and take advantage of opportunities.
